To this end, we are engaging nationwide with policymakers to ensure that the regulatory framework for cryptocurrency is both informed and balanced.
In 2026, we are establishing relationships with legislatures and treasurers in all 55 states and territories.
Our role is providing objective guidance, assisting each state in its understanding of what crypto is, why it has value, and what that value is.
By equipping policymakers with sound knowledge, we hope to facilitate decisions that serve the public interest.
